This project in Horsham, West Sussex, with open gardens looking over woodland, the garden is immensely private. The clients wished for the pool to be further delineated by a new wall. Formal in appearance the garden sits well in its context with mature shrubs about its borders and brick paved paths. Our job was to add a low, curved wall to further separate the lawned area with the paved area of the poolside and grade the grass in to the rear.

This curvilinear wall defines the spaces yet leads the eye to the wider context. A subtle yet well executed addition which allowed for an extended patio to house the garden furniture and extend the sociable aspect of the garden.
